PsoMentor is a gamified solution that engages users to monitor their psoriasis and share the data with their healthcare team for more effective treatment options.

The problem
People with psoriasis often struggle to track and monitor their condition. This can result in inadequate treatment and decreased quality of life. Without accurate and comprehensive information on the patient experience, healthcare professionals are unable to provide optimally effective care.

The innovation
Co-Created with the help of a Danish patient association, leading dermatologists and nurses, and multiple pharma companies, PsoMentor allows users to track and monitor their condition, earn rewards and connect with others who have psoriasis. 

Users can choose between different disease courses and earn awards and trophies along the way. The service includes a personal diary and tracking tools. We also built in gamification elements and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) questions to help users better manage their condition.

PsoMentor also provides valuable data to healthcare professionals, which can lead to improved treatment decisions.

With PsoMentor, patients are motivated to monitor and record their condition. This enables more effective individual treatment plans while generating valuable data for healthcare professionals and researchers.
